Initial Diagnostics
- We analyze three years of financials and conduct interviews with leadership and the front line (over 14 hours in total) to surface issues that never made it to the surface.
- We run a seven-domain diagnostic and prioritize issues on an "Impact × Feasibility" matrix.
- We build a strategic roadmap spanning quick wins to long-term moves, and present it to the management board.
Monthly Review (Execution Support)
- Plan-versus-actual management of financial and non-financial KPIs, with root-cause analysis of shortfalls (Issue Tree).
- Sharing both good and bad news to raise management transparency and catch alerts early.
- Agreeing the following month's priority actions (three to five) and deciding resource allocation.
Quarterly Review (Strategic Pivot)
- Discussing time-intensive, high-stakes themes such as M&A opportunities, major system investments, and organizational restructuring.
